Terms and Conditions

Quotation

All quotations are valid for 14 days only. Prices are subjected to change without prior notice
All measurements, layout plan proposals and quantities stated within the quotation are based on the best effect of estimation with the information and floor plan provided by the client to our dedicated sales team. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all on-site measurements and required quantities.
Delivery is chargeable at $50 per location per trip for orders below $300 (excluding services such as but not limited to, installation)
Installation services quoted does not include additional electrical works, such as but not limited to, electrical rewiring, lighting points, additional switches.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required for quote acceptance and order confirmation.
Deposits are non-refundable after 72 hours. To file a refund within the refundable period, contact us on [WhatsApp] with your invoice number (PSI-XXXX). Deposit refunds will be credited via PayNow within 48 hours.
Full payment is receivable upon completion of installation and any requests for cancellation will be rejected.

Delivery & Installation

Delivery slots are available from Mondays to Fridays, from 2pm to 5pm. We apologize that delivery times are estimated and cannot be precise.
Please ensure a responsible person receives the goods. Alternatively, with Client’s approval, our delivery team will drop off the goods at the designated location without supervision, in which case the delivery team will not be responsible for any discrepancies.
Installation will be fulfilled by our appointed contractor to the best capability. We are not responsible for any imperfections and/or defects present prior to installation.
Installation time slots will be arranged between Project Illumify and the appointed contractor. We apologize that installation times are estimated and cannot be precise.
Please ensure the location is ready for installation, including but not limited to. electrical preparation works such as required electrical wiring, switches, painting etc. A $50 surcharge will be imposed on failed installation attempts due to unprepared locations

Limited Warranty

Products carry a one-year warranty dated from completion of installation. It does not cover damages from improper use or alterations.
Warranty is covered only for parts purchased from Project Illumify.
A $50 transportation fee will be imposed to facilitate the servicing.
